We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Costs vary depending on the carrier you choose.

  • Our Responsibility: If the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent, RADIVIDE Jewelry will cover all return shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted, After sending your package out and send tracking info(tracking number and shipping courier)to service@radivide.com

  3. Important: Please do not send items back to us without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

  4. Please contact our customer support team to obtain the return address.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Custom/Personalized products (e.g., special orders or engraved items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases).

  • Sale items and Gift Cards (Final sale, non-refundable).

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
